ARM60600 Dollars billed by specific environmental handling charges with details of each charge billed. The report includes only those charges that exist on an invoice as the charge has not actually occurred until the invoice is generated.
SSRS Shows Non-Billable times where clock out is before clock in.

SVO60800 A listing of changes made to a repair order or quote. Adding, deleting and invoice a repair order all update the Repair Order log file. Common uses for this report include obtaining a list of all deleted ROs in a particular time frame, or a list of repair orders invoiced for a particular day or time frame.
SSRS Shows RO’s by Repair Group by Branch. Component types are matched to repair groups by a mapping table in the report.

SVM65000 Ranks technicians in the order of the highest efficiency by repair group. Efficiency is determined by the hours billed by the technician divided by the number of hours for which the customer was billed. This report prints all of those tasks and shows them by repair group.

This report prints the detail that determines the efficiency of each technician, such as RO, task, repair type, customer name, hours worked, hours billed, non-productive time, and gain/loss.
